I don’t know about you, but I always crave flavor. I constantly crave soda because of the flavor it has. I can’t stand eating a meal and drinking water. I feel boring! For me, water is vital, yet bland. I only start to drink water when I’m hot af, or when I’m dying from dehydration. I want to make a healthier me, and drinking more water is a simple, yet important change I can make startinggggg NOW! Do you need to start drinking more water too? Let’s look at some easy, peasy, tasty water fixes to get you back on track and loving water!

*We all have different tastes and preferences. All of the following combinations don’t have measurements; make these combinations to suit your taste!

Lemon with a Twist.

Yeah yeah, lemon is boring. BUT. What if we added more fruit and herbs? You can use lemon slices, or you can squeeze the lemon right into your water. Whichever your little heart desires. ❤

Combination 1) Add lemon, strawberries, and fresh basil Leaves to your water.

Combination 2) Add lemon, blueberries, blackberries, and fresh mint leaves.

Combination 3) Add lemon, cucumber slices, and fresh mint leaves.

Lime Vibes

Lime is an acquired taste for some; it’s not for everyone! But let’s add some things that will tone it down and compliment this citrus icon. The same thing applies to limes: you can use slices or squeeze the juice directly into your water.

Combination 4) Add lime and strawberries.

Combination 5) Add lime, blackberries, and cucumber slices.

  1. I used to be an habit soda drinker. Over time, I just stopped drinking it and reintroduced myself to water. I love water bit more so when it’s flavored. So these ideas will definitely help. Thank you! ❤️

  5. Girl, lime & strawberries is life. I love to use the two ingredients to make “alkaline” limeade. I LOVE water and rarely pick up the can these days. Usually a lot of the issues we deal with as ladies is due to the lack of water. Thin hair, nails or even worse ACNE and ashiness O_O lol
