Have I told you guys that I love smoothies?
I LOVE SMOOTHIES.
I’m going to show you guys an easy banana berry smoothie.

- 1 bowl of frozen blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries.
- 1 banana
- flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of any kind of milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/2 cup of any kind of yogurt (I used Noosa’s vanilla bean)
Add in your milk of choice to the blender, along with half the bowl of fruit. Blend together. Add in the rest of the fruit. (I only add in a little bit of fruit at a time because sometimes my blender gets jammed. Should I get a new blender? Probably, but not today.)
Next, add the banana and yogurt. You can also add in the flax seeds.
BAM. A banana berry smoothie.
