Alright, y’all. I’m embracing my inner lazy gal. Sometimes I just don’t want to add a bunch of stuff into my smoothies, and I want it as fast as possible so I can go back to doing whatever I was doing (probably laying on the couch lol). OR if we look at it from a non lazy perspective: this is such a time saver for the busy people out there!
So…how can we make a fast and efficient smoothie you ask?
Let’s take a gander.
All you need:
One bowl of frozen strawberries, peaches, pineapples, and mangoes. (You can buy this specific blend in a bag in the frozen fruit section.)
One cup of milk (your choice) I use almond milk
1/2 cup of a neutral flavored yogurt (like vanilla, plain, or honey). I used Noosa’s honey flavored yogurt.
Blend those bad boys together and BAM. A super simple smoothie for your lazy days or your busy days.
